Outdoor Media Returns Fundraiser
|

Our three public libraries and their Friends of the Library groups are
conducting a fundraiser to purchase outdoor Media Returns. |
|
Currently, patrons risk a $5 fine for depositing CDs, audiocassettes, DVDs,
and VHS movies in the Book Return. A media return separates the formats,
keeping heavier print materials from the lightweight plastics, and provides
a “softer” landing. A wide chute opening accommodates the wide range of
popular audiovisual materials. A stainless steel Media Return with heavy
pedestal and lifetime warranty costs about $2,500. |

Donation envelopes are available at each library. Checks should be made out
to the individual Friends group, ATTENTION: Media Return Fund. |
