elementary school, grades K-6, and not intended for pre-school groups.
2 Any group of children attending the Festival must have two
adults for every 10 children in the group. If there are eleven to fifteen
children attending, then there must be three adults, etc. Counselors and
leaders are expected to sit among the children in order to maintain a
listening audience.
3 Everyone should visit the restroom before the program
starts. After the program begins, no one will be allowed to re-enter the
room until a suitable intermission is available. All children must be
accompanied into the restrooms by an adult.
